| ***No Board Dues*** |
| The past several years have been difficult in the Real Estate Industry. Sales associates have struggled to pay the fees to keep their licenses active, and pay membership dues to local Boards of Realtors. To lessen the burden on agents and their families we have decided not to be a member of the Local Boards until some stability and recovery is seen in the market. This will allow agents to keep their license active and continue their Real Estate Careers. Licensed Real Estate Professionals are held to the highest standards as required by the State Licensing Board. While being a member of a local Board of Realtors may have some benefits, it is Not Required by the State Licensing Board. |
